Shipping packages

Packages are usually shipped by EMS or ePacket. Other Shipping methods are available based on our suppliers availability.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times varies by geographical location.

United States, Canada 8-25 Business days
Europe, Middle East 10-35 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 10-35 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America 15-40 Business days

*Plus 2-5 day processing time.

Tracking information

You will receive an email (contains all the tracking information) once the order has been shipped to your address. Please note that in some cases it might take up to 5 business days to have the precise global tracking information.


We offer full refund in case of damaged goods. Please take a photo of the unpacked damaged good and email us immediately. Our Damaged Goods Policy lasts 5 business days from the received items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Product Delay or Mistake

Our standard delivery time is 10-35 days, but if you have not received the product (maximum 45 days), you can request a refund or reshipment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs in case of incorrect size picking. Please pick your size by checking the corresponding size chart. If you wish to change your products for different ones, please email us. Please note you will have to cover shipping costs for the exchange.

To return your product, please email us and we will provide you the shipping details of our suppliers.

Please note that in some cases , due to international customs, some fees might apply. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred in the shipping of your goods.
